Rocket Bobs exists to make the best quality parts and motorcycles we can and our workshop offers a wide range of services from minor modifications to full on custom builds. We design and manufacture all of our parts in-house and ship all over the world. Our machine shop includes CMM scanning, CAD CAM with 3 dedicated CNC mills and 3 CNC lathes and we can fabricate just about anything we can dream up from Headbones, battery boxes and motor mounts to handlebars, open primary's and exhaust pipes. We have full welding facilities including pressure tested, purged seam welding for tanks and gas filled sealed welding on all race pipes. We also run an in-house suspension department which covers everything from basic lowering kits to full fork customisations, re-damping, shaving, billet fixings such as our shaved nuts and Titanium Nitride & DLC coatings.
Working in partnership with some of the most experienced painters in the business we offer the best in custom paintwork from solid colour re-sprays, standard patterns and pinstriping to custom designs that really set your scoot apart. We can colour match to your existing paint scheme as well as providing a range of finishing options to make your machine truly individual including blasting, polishing, powder coating and anodising.
