Rocket Bobs exists to make the best quality parts and motorcycles we can and our workshop based at South Marston Park (just outside Swindon) offers a wide range of services from minor modifications to full on custom builds. We design and manufacture all of our parts in-house and ship all over the world.
bike builds.
At Rocket Bobs we build bikes that we want to ride. We believe it's possible to design, engineer & fabricate full custom builds that can handle being ridden hard all day every day and yet still retain a classic custom stance.
Our bikes have won multiple awards on the international scene including Master Builders Championship at Artistry in Iron in Las Vegas, and twice Best in Show in at both the International Custombike Championship in Germany and Motor Bike Expo in Italy.

custom parts.
Our fully equipped machine shop has CAD CAM, CNC mills and lathes which allow us to manufacture an ever expanding range of Harley products. We have MIG & TIG welding facilities and specialist pulse TIG welding with argon chambers for our inconel race pipes and other precision welded parts.
paint.
Working in partnership with some of the most experienced painters in the business we offer the best in custom paintwork from solid colour re-sprays, standard patterns and pin striping to custom designs that really set your bike apart. We can colour match to your existing paint scheme as well as providing a range of finishing options to make your machine truly individual including blasting, polishing, powder coating, anodising and ceramic coating.
suspension.
We also run an in-house suspension department which covers everything from basic lowering kits to full fork customisations, re-damping, shaving, billet fixings, such as our shaved nuts, and Titanium Nitride & DLC coatings.
seats.
From OEM fitment through to full custom seats, any shape or style. We use a thin neoprene initial layer, then several layers of varying density gel foam. This lets you run a really slim seat and yet still retain comfort. We then cover with the finest hides available, these are the same hides used by Aston Martin and other high end Marques. Any colour and stitch pattern, any shape/design, all finished perfectly and base lined in felt.
