We buy in an absolutely huge solid brass bar, feed it into a CNC lathe and away we go . . . these caps are heavy, very heavy and just the best quality part we can make, perfect for your Harley. We machine out each cap and add a baffle plate and vents. We can also machine in logos or text, i'll go and find an example and post it up . . .
